Lindelwe Zwane is the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for Absa Group Limited and the Chief Compliance Officer for the Absa Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division. She oversees of the CIB Compliance function across Pan Africa, including the UK, US and China. She previously also managed the Absa Regional Operations in 9 Countries. Lindelwe is an Admitted Attorney and a seasoned compliance professional. Before joining Absa, she worked as Senior Legal Counsel for Deutsche Bank for 11 years specialising in Global Markets and Corporate Finance. Lindelwe is the executive sponsor for Banking on Women a program aimed at accelerating the advancement and professional growth of women across CIB.
