Malik Shaffy is a Rwandan creative entrepreneur, investor, and changemaker driving impact at the intersection of art, innovation, and community. As Founder of 63 INC and co-founder
of Kigali Multimedia Hub, he has led efforts to grow Rwanda’s creative economy by training artists, generating jobs, and embracing digital tools like AI. He also served as Country Lead for the African Management Institute (AMI), overseeing a $5M program supported by the Mastercard Foundation to train over 7,000 entrepreneurs across Rwanda. Through initiatives like KinaRwanda and partnerships with UNICEF and the LEGO Foundation, Malik champions play-based learning and youth empowerment. His work bridges sectors to spark collaboration, unlock talent, and shape Rwanda’s future through creativity and entrepreneurship.
