He is the Secretary General of the Commission de Supervision Bancaire et Financière, where he is responsible for supervising banks, microfinance institutions, and insurance companies. He holds a degree in finance and accounting from INSCAE.
During his 35 years at the Central Bank of Madagascar, he contributed to implementing the first prudential banking standards, including regulations for electronic money institutions. He has also led several reforms of the banking and insurance sectors. He participated in defining and updating the national strategy for inclusive finance and currently serves on the Steering Committee.
