Carine Fersan Choueiry is a globally recognized expert in Women’s Markets, peer learning, and marketing, with over 15 years of experience in financial services. As Director of Peer Learning at the Financial Alliance for Women, she leads the design and global implementation of learning programs that help financial institutions accelerate women-centered strategies.
She has developed flagship initiatives including the All Stars Academy, the Alliance Hackathon, and the Women’s Markets Playbook Training Framework, strengthening institutional capabilities across multiple regions. Carine also led the creation of the Alliance’s Learning Hub, transforming its digital learning ecosystem into a scalable, interactive platform.
Previously, she spent 13 years at BLC Bank Lebanon, where she played a key role in building the award-winning “We Initiative.” She holds advanced degrees in marketing, communications, and psychology, and brings a strong practitioner lens to driving institutional change.
