Lisa Boone is the Project Coordinator for Peer Learning at the Financial Alliance for Women, where she works as an independent consultant. In this role, she supports the Director of Peer Learning in designing, managing, and implementing peer learning activities globally. Lisa brings several years of experience in education and curriculum development, having designed and led capacity-building programs, developed training materials for diverse adult learning audiences, and supported the creation of educational content for both in-person and digital platforms.
Before joining the Alliance, Lisa worked as a consultant to multilateral organizations, NGOs, and financial institutions, providing strategic support in innovation, economic development, and data analysis—with a focus on advancing ethical, sustainable, and regenerative economic models. Earlier in her career, Lisa served as a government consultant, providing on-site analytical support to the logistics and readiness office within the Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon, where she honed her skills in complex problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
Lisa’s multidisciplinary background bridges learning, strategy, and systems thinking, allowing her to deliver impactful results in dynamic, mission-driven environments.
