Tessa Ruben

Tessa received her MBA from Yale School of Management, where she specialized in nonprofit management and inclusive economic development. During her time at Yale, she worked on a consulting project for a Brazil-based social enterprise, charting a path for the organization to achieve financial sustainability over the next five years. She also interned at Mercy Corps, an international humanitarian NGO, where she created externally facing strategies for local offices in ten countries around the world. Tessa brings experience working across the private and nonprofit sectors. She began her career at Run for America, a startup nonprofit, and then worked in media and communications as a digital strategist for Fortune 500 brands, focused on corporate social responsibility campaigns. She earned her BA in Political Science from Tufts University.
