Rachael is currently Customer Experience Lead for Special Projects in the Consumer & Business Banking Division. Prior to moving into transformation Rachael was National Manager Customer Experience and Frontline Effectiveness in the Business Bank. Rachael was National Manager for Women’s Markets for 6 years and continues to champion Women’s Markets across the bank. Rachael is on the Executive Committee of Women of Westpac and is a long standing mentor and expert facilitator for Financial Alliance for Women.
