María Lucrecia Monge is the Director of financial inclusion and entrepreneurship at Banco G&T Continental. She is responsible for the design, implementation and roll out of a holistic program, for Women in Guatemala. María Lucrecia has previously held several demand planning, project coordination and sales related positions. Since 2015 she has actively participated as teacher assistant and professor for businesses, entrepreneurship and marketing courses at Universidad Francisco Marroquín. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and business as the engine of the local economy, a marketing enthusiast, an avid reader and life-long learner. She earned an MBA with an entrepreneurship concentration and holds a Bachelor’s of science degree in Business with a marketing concentration, both from Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
