Caroline aims to support the Alliance’s data-driven approach to optimize the immediate needs of members within the larger ecosystem of women’s financial inclusion. She has worked as a Data Analyst for the International Rescue Committee, where she assessed the efficacy of funding channels for refugee populations and examined their overall data needs, a Monitoring and Evaluations Intern for Amnesty International, where she analyzed more than 2 million data points from member and survey data, as well participated in research projects for the City of Boston’s Office of Neighborhood Development and the Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless, also in methodological improvements.
Caroline received her BA in Psychology with Concentrations in Economics and Mathematics from Columbia University in the City of New York.
