The Program

Nedbank RBB recognizes the intrinsic power of women and our program aims to harness it as a strategic driver to deliver value to females in South Africa and long-term value to our shareholders. We believe that there is immense opportunity in the female economy and by solutioning with the largely underrepresented female persona in mind, our holistic offering will improve and provide results.

Through a multifaceted approach, both internally and externally, we want to focus on understanding the plight of women and the barriers that they face every day in their efforts to access financial services. That empathy will form the foundation of transforming our products, processes and policies to empower women to continue to strive in their important roles at home, at work and in their businesses.

Our purpose is to see women and empower them with financial products & services that not only level the playing ground but provide environments for women to do even more with the resources and circumstances they find themselves living in the modern world.
