The Program

Ficohsa has two flagship programs committed to supporting the development and empowerment of women employees and clients.

  1. “Together Without Labels” which works to strengthen an inclusive culture focused on people, builds a diverse workforce that reflects its employees, customers and the communities in which they operate.
