The Program

As a female founder, our CEO Angela Nickel, has instilled in COMO’s culture the value of diversity. In a male-dominated business, combining IT and Finance, we are dedicated to promoting gender inclusiveness and gender equality as an integral part of our mission and vision. For this purpose, we have created a program with dedicated initiatives to train, attract and retain female talent. Our Female-only educational hub for women in IT and Finance enables a warm environment that empowers women to nurture and unveil their industry skills and potential to the fullest. Our four-day work week was created in response to the struggles mostly female talent was facing during the pandemic when the boundaries between work life and personal life had crumbled. Further initiative is to strengthen women’s participation in our decision-making process and to attract more women to take an executive position. Through these and other initiatives COMO aims to position itself as one of the best employers for women in Fintech and nurture, attract and retain the female talent.
