Looking inside BPC
Many of our leadership roles at BPC are being filled by women who have been pioneers in the industry from several years and their contribution to the organisation has been impeccable. The company consists of 30% women at BPC, and 40% of women at its paytech, Radar Payments still growing.


Looking outside BPC and its inclusive initiatives
Our agricultural marketplace organisation, Safal Fasal, has given female farmers the opportunity to be financially included, by providing them access to farming programs, finance and various other upliftment initiatives.

Looking at inclusive finance with partners
Many of our clients have been able to provide greater financial inclusion to women in their own country.
